Unlike other massage therapists, I have a unique approach to massage. I specializes in traditional Swedish technique, lymph drainage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, relaxation, prenatal, hydrotherapy, Hot stone therapy, facial technique and remedial exercise, taping to name a few.

I've studied Reflexology and recently acquired my acupuncture Diploma to add to my repertoire. My persistence and dedication has taken me to new heights giving me the opportunity to work with a vast group of clientele including seniors, athletes, individuals with multiple sclerosis and spinal cord injuries.

My gentle but firm approach connects the body, mind and spirit to one another achieving this through massage and Acupuncture.

Meet the newest member of the family. Yes, I have a dog (Maddy) who is kind and gentle. She is an Old English Sheepdog.
